How long does a virtual consultation take and what do we discuss during virtual consultation?
The virtual consultation takes 15-20 minutes. You will speak to one of our health care specialists where we will discuss your concerns, medical history, treatment plan, quotes and scheduling details.
How long does IV therapy take?
The duration of IV therapy depends on individual tolerance and the type of drip being administered, as these factors can vary from person to person. Typically, standard IV drips take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
How much does IV drips cost?
Drip prices are available on our website. Additionally, we offer customized IV drips and package deals, which will be discussed during your virtual consultation.
How long does weight loss consultation take and are the consultation fees refundable?
Virtual weight loss consultations, takes approximately 30 minutes, include a detailed discussion of weight loss options and holistic treatment plan. There is a non-refundable fee of $50. However, if you decide to purchase a weight loss regimen, this fee will be credited toward your purchase.
When will my products ship?

What are shipping costs?
Shipping will be calculated in your cart at checkout based on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing as well as your shipping location.
What happens if I am sick and cannot make my appointment?
We require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your down payment will be non-refundable.
